We pledge to take all steps necessary in the protection of your privacy.  Upon your request we will remove your registered information from our records.  We do not share your information with other people or companies.

Before You Order

Measure the area where the appliance will be placed, and be sure the product you have selected fits within those dimensions.  Be sure that you have an appropriate electrical outlet within 3 1/2' of the space you've chosen for your appliance.  Check to see that it's a grounded outlet (accepts a 3-prong plug), since most appliances require one.

Before You Sign For Delivery

Although damages rarely occur, to protect you from paying for damaged merchandise we urge you to always inspect your merchandise immediately upon delivery.  Do not sign for the items until you've inspected the merchandise for yourself, while the driver is still present.  If you sign for the merchandise without inspecting it first you are agreeing to involve yourself to a lengthy investigation ranging from 30 - 60 days without any guarantee of having merchandise replaced or receiving your money back.  Since we want to do our best to satisfy you in every appliance need, please follow these guidelines.

Payments

We currently operate solely in the US, therefore, all prices are in US Dollars and only US Dollars will be accepted as payment toward products, shipping, and sales tax  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, which are to be called in by telephone and verified prior to approval or shipment.  Be sure to include correct billing address for your credit card, along with full name and verification code, as these will be necessary for approval.  If the Ship To: address is different than the card billing address a Check or Money Order will be required.  Note: Checks and Money Orders will delay the shipment process by up to 10 days while they are being verified through our Bank.  Foreign payments are accepted in US funds only.  Delivery of appliances does not include installation or unpacking.

Sales Tax

Bauman Appliance collects Sales Tax on all products shipped within Georgia taxable at a 7% rate, except those locales that vary throughout the state.  All products shipped out of state or not subject to Sales Tax at the present time.
